The overall aim of the project is to enhance the capacity at municipal level to evaluate strategic plans and programmes by improving strategic planning processes, monitoring implementation and implementation of innovative measures and activities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate and adapt to the adverse effects of climate change.
Target groups:
1. The mayors, municipal councils and municipal administrations of Haskovo, Madjarovo and Stambolovo.
2. The educational institutions (kindergartens, schools)
3. The general public - local communities in the main area of the project influence: the municipalities of Haskovo, Stambolovo and Madjarovo.
4. The local and regional mass media (television, publishing companies, radio stations)
5. Public and private sector enterprises (SMEs)
6. NGOs
7. The Regional Governor and Regional Administration of Haskovo
8. Other forms of citizen associations: informal civil associations, local initiative groups and civic initiatives
